These logs are kept for 90 days . The great flexibility available is that these reports can be exported to excel files.
These reports cover almost all activities in Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer, PowerBI, Sway, and Azure Active Directory.

- Go to your Office 365 admin center.
- Go to the drop down of admin centers
- Then click on Security and Compliance.
- Then click on Audit Log Settings under "Search and Investigation"
